Ripped the master and front lines out tonight, Bent up and installed new front lines.

My new Wilwood Master, Proportioning valve, and residual pressure valve should be here Thursday.

I am 99% sure that the bore of the master that I rebuild was toast and fluid was leaking around the wiper seals causing my weird pedal fade at seemingly random times.

That will do it! I usually replace the early 60s MC with a 1" bore late 70s Hornet or Concord MC. What year depends on whether you need left or right side outlets. Later models are left side (toward left fender), all 60s models are right side (toward engine). As far as I can tell left side outlets started in 1977. That's the first TSM that shows a left side outlet MC, the 76 still shows a right side outlet MC. The change could have occurred sometime in 1976 as the TSMs are printed early in the model year -- I have seen a few instances where the TSM had illustrations from the previous year when something had changed. Editors do miss something occasionally!

Wilwood Stuff is going in, Grandpa and I had to do some fabrication to mount the proportioning valve.  Pictures will follow tomorrow.
