Royal Blue with some kind of white stripe(s) or praphic(s) resulting in a red, White, & Blue combination?
Google Blue Heaven 1971 Nova recently done by AMD for SEMA I think...

A quick search of 'blue car with red interior' came up with this Admiral Blue Vette. The interior is likely brighter red in this pic than your car. It could be a stunning combo, very unique. Show off those curves!

A standard 1971 color was B-5 Deep Maroon metallic. That might look good, & is seldom seen on the 71 Javelin.

Nicest 71 Javelin I ever saw had the 1 year only red interior in corduroy with white exterior. 401 with a 4 speed and absolutely no other options. I still think the original Silver is the best choice though with maybe a bit more metallic and a few extra coats of clear.

I like the pearl. White would look VG, but black with red pearl would be awesome - I,ve only seen his once on a bike. Light hitting the curves on a 71 would make it stand out from anything else - even at night!

Ive seen a few cars (one was a older ferrari) with a maroon interior and a lt metallic blue exterior color. they were pretty stunning. '67 mustangs had a nice shade, maybe a little light. or that glacial blue from corvettes.
