Donna from Easy performance just called this morning Feb 5, 2020 to say that Jim is working on the LED tail lights for the 70 Javelin/AMX. She said he expects to have the kit completed within two weeks.

WOW !

That went a lot quicker than what I thought. I was expecting to be waiting a couple months, read on !

I received a phone call this afternoon from Donna with Easy performance.

She informed me that my LED tail light kit was completed over the weekend and will be shipped out tomorrow along with a flasher that works best with LEDs.

Here's a link to the catalog page showing the kit for 1970 Javelin and AMX.

There's 30 LEDs in each panel and there's four panels. Total number of LEDs comes to 120.

Watch the video on the catalog page. Ten different sequences.

$245.00 for the kit and $20 for the flasher.

I understand that five kits have been ordered so far.

Thanks to everyone who participated from the beginning and who will participate in the future..

More on this when the kit arrives at my shop.

I received an email late last night from Easy Performance.

It had tracking numbers with USPS in it.

They've sent my old housing/lens and the LED kit.

I also purchased a LED compatible flasher.

Supposed to be here in three days.

YAY !

Yes, I did get them last week, I've been contemplating how to mount them in the housing without it looking cheesey and creating problems. I do not want to drill holes in the housings as they are in above average driver condition. I have three sets, One set has been re-chromed, one set is original to the White70 (above average condition as well) and one set is from a second 70 Javelin I have, that set is the one I'm putting them into for now..

Here's the video that Easy Performance made for the 10 sequences of turn signal
