Someone posted a Craigslist ad for this and I gambled on it for $40.  Its an oddball for sure.  Looks like it was split in half and welded back together.  The runners are much longer then the Clifford I compared it to.

Maybe it's custom cast. I used to cast things like that in high school metal shop.

Very interesting. Are the flanges all straightened on a level plane? They look like they have been position on an angle.

I have a Oct. 1969 Rod&Custom with pictures of the optional VAM four barrel intake.

That's it exactly,  complete with no trademark, serial #,  or any marking in any of the 3 pictures they show of it.

Was this the "Jim McFarland" intake from Wisconsin?  Still worth the $40 even if not IMO.

I wish I saved the picture when I saw it, the ad was pulled in a day.
