Mont Tremblant 1969 - the color slides of Gordon Dewar's Kaplan customer car are blown out but the hood center and maybe continuing on the roof is a possible dark blue band of color making his car RWB - slides 11-14 ( can't copy and past here from the site on my phone):

The 70 Penske is not the same as the 69 Kaplan,  For one thing the Penske cars used a darker blue.  The '71 Penske is my favorite.

The general paint break design continued between the '69 Kaplan cars and the '70 Penske's. the front break ends a few inches in front of the door latch on the '69's and right on the front of the door latch on the '70.
