Recently bought a 73 Javelin 258 with what looks like factory a/c that was converted to 134 sometime in it's past. I'm replacing the york compressor with a new york compressor and I want to change the dryer as well and having a hard time finding one. The dryers listed for my 73 has both fittings on top of the dryer. Mine has one bottom (condensor) and one top fitting (site glass to exp valve evap). Any suggestions? thanks

contact one of the AMC vendors for the correct one or have your existing one rebuilt

If you cannot find the correct dryer (As in my case 69 - 232 six) I changed out the condenser and dryer with a vintage air setup to get the job done. Still used all factory hoses but had to make one hose to go from condenser to dryer.
