Looks like the heads are off the motor.
The valve sized should be (obviously) smaller
on the 304 head.

It would run fine and not even be noticeable unless you are pushing RPM.
Until the flow of intake and exhaust become unbalanced (i.e. compression) it would run like a charm, guessing 4200 RPM based on displacement and valve size.
A detailed calculation knowing carburetor, intake and exhaust would be required to provide more then a guess.
I doubt that is required as you will likely put on matching heads for rebuild.
Factory oops!

Probably not a factory goof. Probably needed a head and they put on what they had. Our Forum member is in Norway.

A matching set of 360 / 401 heads will be a good idea.

If your budget allows get a set of Eddelbrocks.

Just see if you can locate a single 360 head with the same casting number. That's really all you need! Of course some of the Jeep guys run 304 heads on rock crawlers as they produce a slight increase in torque at low rpm, and they hardly ever run over 4000 rpm.
