The parts book lists cable part number 360 1561 for the six cylinder and V8 with firewall mounted valve, and part number 360 8746 for the V8 with intake mounted valve.

Does anyone know the difference between the two cables? They'd be the same on the control panel end of course, and it looks to me that they both would use a round loop end connection at the valve as well. Are they just different lengths?

The one I have here is 44" loop to loop, but I don't know if that came from my original early 68 AMX or if I pulled that off something else.

Thanks!
