Dealership Story

I bought my first Javelin in 1974 when I was 19 from M&M Motors an AMC dealer in Weston, WV.  I restored that car 4 years ago.  The first show I took it to was in Weston,  and  the salesman's daughter that sold me the car brought a picture of her in my car when she was 16.  He had taken it home one day before I bought it.  Her father had past away about 5 years earlier.  We stood and talk about her father for awhile and remaniced about the good old days and said our goodbyes.   Later that day she returned with her fathers  Red/White/Blue AMC dealers racing jacket and gave it to me.  I keep that jacket in the car all the time.  And to top it all off I am storing the Javelin this winter in that same garage.  I have some old pic of the dealership I will post soon.
