'63 Ambassador, no oil or charge light, temp gauge not moving. Anything I could have knocked lose under the dash. Fuses are fine

Is the fuel gauge working? There is a cylindrical plug which carries all of the gauge sensor signals, and it includes the 12 volt power to the cluster.

There is not enough gas in it to know. The dash lights work, signals etc. I have been working on it a few months, just got the engine back in and running a couple days ago. The oil and charge light were working a couple months ago.
