CT AMO's (CAMO) 19th Annual Regional Show
August 15th and 16th 2014
Farmington / Harford Marriott
15 Farm Spring Rd Farmington CT 
I-84 Exit 37

Planning for CAMO's 19th Regional Show is going along great and it will
be a great event.  It is less than 3 weeks away on August 15th and 16th at
the Farmington-Harford Marriott, 15 Farm Spring Rd Farmington CT.  I-84
Exit #37. 

Rain or Shine an inside garage is available for inclement weather.

For the AMC car hobby there are only 2 AMC marquee shows in New England.
If you miss coming to CAMO's you will have to wait until next year.  For
those who have not registered, come and spend the weekend with us and
enjoy the Friday evening Cruise to the Whinstone Tavern in New Britian and the
Saturday Car Show. After the show on Saturday evening is the Awards
Banquet where everyone can relax and socialize. Trophies will be awarded
for Gold, Silver, and Bronze level points judging.
 
We have arranged for a special room rate of $96.00 per night plus tax for
this event.  The host hotel, Farmington-Hartford Marriott has extended the
room block at the special rate of $96.00 per night.

I was going to go but after driving to Kenosha and Charleston I have highway fatigue. The CT folks are gracious hosts and we hope they have nice weather for the show, but unfortunately we won't be making the 350 mile trip this year.

CAMO’s 19th Annual Regional Meet is this weekend on Saturday August 16th at the Farmington-Hartford Marriott, 15 Farm Spring Road, Farmington, CT.
The weather forecast for Farmington-Hartford this weekend is Sunny with temperatures in the mid-70s !!!   Perfect for a car show.
 
Currently there are 40 cars registered and 8 vendors.  We are planning for 80 to 100 cars.  Registration is on Saturday from 8:00 AM until Noon at the Farmington-Hartford Marriott, Farmington, CT.   The show is open to all enthusiasts of AMC, Rambler, Jeep, Hudson, and Nash Cars.  Detailed show information is available at www.ctamo.com

 

Saturday activities include: DJ, participant car photos, raffles, book sale, and door prizes.  Lunch is available at the Show Field: Hot Dogs, Hamburger, Chips and Sodas.
