That's what they claim and from the people I've talked with, it's pretty true. Here's the site for it http://cruisinthecoast.com/ We're staying near Biloxi at a Doubletree.
There's a Mopar show on Tuesday that Ollie mentioned that welcome AMC's that I plan on going to. Maybe some of can meet up there?

Yes, Cruisin the Coast is a major blow out. At least 8,000-10,000 vehicles!!

There is a Mopar cruise-in Thursday, Oct 6 hosted by the Big Easy Mopar Club.
AMC's ARE WELCOME !!!

The cruise-in is located at The Long Beach Marina, Long Beach, Mississippi. Its from 8 AM-12 noon, Thursday Oct 6. The Club serves a free Cajun lunch.

Directions: From the corner of US49 & US90, proceed west, on US90, until your see the Long Beach city limits sign. The marina is a couple of blocks west on your left. It's the first and only marina in the area.

I will be there with The Rambler, a 66 American yellow convertible and a few hundred friends.

Having AMC Fun,
Ollie

Sorry you missed the Cruise In today, but glad you had a fantastic time and a warm Mississippi welcome. Looking forward to next year.

I met with The Mopar-guy, his wife and his beautiful Javelin at the Cruise In today. We had 4 AMC's in attendance. 3 Javelin's, 1 American and 1 Gremlin.

I took very few pics ..http://www.ollie.phanfare.com/14364377

Had a big AMC Day,
Ollie

Got back from CTC today and I got to say it's incredible! It's like the Woodward Dream cruise but better. It's spread out for almost 50 miles along the Gulf coast plus it's a whole week of cruising, shows, a huge swap meet and so much more. AMC's are scarce (as usual) down there so taking one makes it that much more fun! We shocked a lot of people when they found out we drove ours the 1,010 miles down there. Big smile The whole trip was 2,400 miles with about 300 of that just driving up and down the coast. Got to meet some great people like Ollie and his wife. We definitely want to go again and take some friends. If you want to go, book your hotel EARLY so you have a place to stay at a reasonable price. Most anywhere from Ocean Springs to Gulfport is a good location. Try to do it sometime because you won't regret it.

Mopar Guy - Sorry we missed you but I saw your car drive by our hotel several times. Had to leave mid week but will be staying all week next year.

Here are some pics:

Our ride below

Some AMC's we spotted. Didn't get to talk to any of the owners as they weren't around.

Ambassador Wagon from Texas

American Convertible - rumored to have Chevy power

70 Javelin from Texas
