Recently installed rebuilt BW35 3 speed auto and runs and performs well, however when the transmission is engaged fluid leaks out of the breather tube on the rear of the main case. When in park, no leak. Thoughts?

It's just over filled or has air pockets inside. Give it a few runs and see if the leak doesn't stop. Once it stops check fluid level. If it's a little low top it off and see if it starts leaking again. If it does, you know where to keep the level now! ATF expands a bit with heat, so always check with the engine and trans fully warmed up.
