Ok, I will start with this comment.
If you like the idea of what I have done you can purchase a Mod man for under $1,000.

I did the math, assuming a longish run, say 50 assemblies all material and machine time
comes to $2,630~ before assembly. No profit built in, no assembly time.

My cost for building this thing would be astronomical if my time were figured in.

Since there is no market beyond a couple of sales there is no way it would
be worth the effort to make any more. And I would not want to be sitting
on $75,000 in machined material waiting for someone to spend their
entire budget on a manifold.

Besides the problems of having to re-locate the oil filler
to a valve cover etc....

But... A good NC machienist could make one just like it.

Oh, by the way. There is not a single bead or drop of weld in the entire assembly.
It is entirely screwed and "O" ring sealed.

Got to poke this thread once again.
had a little problem with th rear carb.
I wanted to be able to fit a 8" air cleaner on it
but that archaic old wiper motor was in the way.
AMC left quite a lot of room in the wiper linkage area.
Good thing, because I made a new motor and gear box mount
that set it back 3/4 of an inch out of 2019 Aluminum.
2019 is a ultra high strength alloy similar to the old "Duraluminum"
used in airframe structure. This bar was a piece  of rejected
wing spar material. very strong stuff.

I also had to make a new actuating bell crank. The original
would have worked but i wanted a little more clearance.

Hey boss started making some sense of all the spline curves importing from mastercam.

I really don't have any experience with this sort of thing but this is what design I'm looking to make.
I'm sure with guidance, some reading, and the help of floworks; I can work something out.

How has this project progressed? What do your ports look like?

Sorry that the mastercam files are a bit of a cluster ****.
But i used master cam mostly for points and hand programmed.
Using a mastercam path and Macro programming kept the program size
to a minimum and most importantly made the programs
flexable so editing at the machine was easy.

Best of luck to you ANT, I want to see a good and or improved copy!
That would make my dayBig smile
