Anyone know what car these are for? They are almost like -70 javelin v8 rear but a little bit deeper.
Part numbers are 8121984 & 8121985, could not find them in 67-72 parts catalog so maybe some later model. They are bendix brand

Those look like Mopar to me since they have the 5 bolt holes and I have two sets of Mopar that look that way. What is the diameter and height from a flat surface like they are sitting as pictured to the axle flange?

They are AMC NOS parts

Here it is compared to -70 javelin plate, AMC-20 rear with 10" brakes. Same diameter but about 1/4" more height (about 1.5" total). Maybe its for some HD brakes with wider brake shoes?

These are definitely Bendix for AMC and the numbers are correct.  They are for 73 up Model 20 Coil Spring rears for FLEET and HEAVY DUTY applications.  The reason they are deeper is they are for 10 x  2 1/2" wide rear brake shoes........I have seen these on Taxi, Police, 4 door Fleet and Station Wagons......they use special wide drums with these too.  They were sold by AMC as a hub and drum assembly....I still have one set saved back.

the fifth hole is thew weep hole, for leaky rear axle seals. some years had only four holes, a flatter backing plate, and a thin stamped cover with the weep hole. ahh... that probably means they're not 1960's parts.
