WeaternRed.....I know that car!!!!. Did this car came from Sydney? If it did, I think it was Gordon Pendlebury's car. He restored it back in the early 90's. That white pin stripe is my clue.

Here is a Aussie built 1985 AMC Jeep J20. These were the last Jeeps built in Brisbane Australia. This one has the factory 360 V8 with auto. It did belong to my father and I will soon bring it back to life after 7 years out of service.

Hey Huddy, I don't really have a lot history on the car, I brought it in 2006 from a guy by the name of Ron Simpson in Tassie, he brought it in 2003 from Robert Fordham in Queensland, prior to that I have no idea. The pinstripe is actually Gold by the way.

Photo taken at Yatala Drive in.

Pic of the carby conversion, looks weird mounted sideways, but does what I need it to do.

Hey Terry, you didn't tell me about the holley. I'll be real interested to see that at Cooly.

I use photobucket, to upload your pics to that site, first join, then there will be a green button, click that to upload. It will come back to your computers files, find the pic you want to upload, then once it has been uploaded to photobucket, then put your mouse over the pic that you want to use, it will drop down a link. Move the cursor down to where it says IMG code. move the cursor over the IMG code, left click the mouse it should then say "copied".
Then go to where you want to paste your pic, ie this site, then right click the mouse and click on paste. Job done.
Hope this helps mate. BTW, welcome.

Here is my old girl. A '64 American with 2V 196 and auto. Get a front end rebuild recently so now driving it is even better! The car will be a Cooly this year, and I hope I will be able to make it!
