This past week I made arrangements to become an EGGE dealer so we now have another 390 piston option for those looking to replace their stock pistons with a lower cost option than new forged pistons.

EGGE 390 pistons are excellent castings with a 1.561 compression height (compared to the stock 1.553) with the same flat top and dual full lenght valve relief troughs that I believe have 24cc total volume (will check and update the post) What that means is that if you want to replace your stock pistons you will get a taller piston with basically the same compression ratio for 68/69 and actually increase the compression ratio on 70 390s due to the taller piston.

Based upon the discount I saw with buying the single spare pistons we needed for a prior EGGE pistons set previously purchased, I am comfortable that I will be able to offer EGGE pistons at a price that is competitive with the big box stores like Sumitt and Jegs.  The difference between buying them from me and from the big box stores is I will be more than happy to walk you through your engine buidl to ensure that the pistons you buy are what you actually need for your engine.  If that support is of no value to you, by all means please continue to buy your stuff from the online websites and take your chances that you are getting the right parts for your build.

MODERATORS, please add this to the vendor section so that those looking in that space will know we have another option for getting new pistons for our 390 engines.
