I have a rear diff from a 65 Marlin with a Twin Grip 3:54 ring and pinion gear. Can the gear be swapped to a standard 67-up non torque tube Twin Grip rear.........or are there differences?

The pinion and carrier are different between the TT and non-TT. The ring gear is the same diameter, but the bolts are smaller on the TT rear.

Thanks Bob. I suspected the smaller bolts as i have a 1966 Rogue with the smaller bolt AMC 20. The one that has the TT conversion snout.
