If you have that clean it and re-use. If the gasket isn't available, the local Chrysler dealer has a silicone based sealant that won't dissolve in trans fluid. Most new Chrsyler trannys use that instead of a gasket. You can also get Permatex "Right Stuff" at most auto parts stores. It's made to replace traditional gaskets and resists tranny fluid. Don't over do it and squeeze any of the product inside the trans. A little bulge won't hurt though. I suggest getting it in the "power bead" can for a trans pan gasket. The pressurized can gives a much more even bead. Use it without a traditional gasket, not with it!
http://www.permatex.com/products/Automotive/automotive_gasketing/gasket_makers/auto_Permatex_the_Right_Stuff_Gasket_Maker.htm
