I'll compile a thread with just the photos submitted (from the other thread that has the photos, etc.), and a listing of them - and folks can vote from that.

Sounds like a challange picking just 12 from the variety of cars AMC produced over the years. Where do we start? Random vehicle picks or commit to upcoming calender years devoted to one model specifically? Maybe more than one vehicle/model per month. Just 12? How many of those are goning to be 2 seaters? Are we raising $ for the forum, Hanna or what?

Billd,  Sounds real good to me. I like the idea of forum members voting to select the cars as it means that it is a real forum calendar. I also agree that we must represent many different models. The hard part will be selecting just 12. How about derelict cars? I have a Hemmings calendar over my desk with pics of derelicts - kind of a cars in barns idea. I forget how they titled it and I'm not at work today since it's a holiday. Anyways, it makes for some interesting art.

Here's the plan.............
Submit photo of your own car, or nominate another forum member's car. Please do not post photos of other cars without owner permission!
One GOOD photo per entry.
Members will then vote after nominations close.
The top 12 vote getters will be featured on a calendar.
It will be PDF format, but I've wondered - if someone was a publisher, about offering some printed copies for sale with some of the proceeds going to forum support.....
I don't know if we have someone here who has such abilities who would be willing to make such a sacrifice?
Otherwise members would download the PDF and print their own.............
 
Maybe in following years we have a monthly thing, and each month the winner would be the car on that next years page for that month?

One thought is to have members submit a photo of their car or another member's car (the nomination process) and have other members vote.
Ideally, at least IMO, they should be forum member cars.......... to make it truly a forum calendar.
Thoughts?
