Hi Ollie,

I don't have the cam specs, the rebuilder said it was not the stock cam and spec for more torque.  I need to reach out to him and get those details.

The headers came with the GT, I don't think they are stock, but unsure of the brand.model.

Finally!!

After installing the new engine and going through heck again with the distributor (Skip White HEI unit), the ignition module seemed bad...i.e. no spark.

It took waayyy too long for the reps at SWP to respond to my many inquiries.  Since the dist is under a lifetime warranty, I was asking them to send me a replacement ignition module.  Repeated VM's and emails went unanswered.
Then I was finally able to reach someone over the phone and 3 WEEKS later (tonight) the replacement ignition module arrived.
Installed it, verified timing (again), plugs gapped correctly, wires attached....Lo and Behold, it fired right up!!

Took it out of the garage for this first time since last Aug, just up and down the street a few times, no revving over 2K RPM's, only first gear, but at least its back to running...Big smile

Now I have a few items left to finish.  Front valence, bumper and fog lamps, mechanical temp and oil pressure gauges, new shifter boot (the lower one), and a battery.

If everything goes well, I should have it road ready this weekend...Wink

Yes, I'm absolutely going to the ETCI along with as many other shows I can attend this year.

That has to be a great feeling TL! Pretty soon it won't be a "project" anymore and it'll just be your daily driver again!
