OK my hot rod friends I'm back with my Rock Crawling Scrambler. I've got a 360 and 727 and want to go to an 800-1000 RPM Lock Up but cant really find one. I've searched and searched on Google. So I thought I'd ask you fellas where to find one. And I don't want to spend big bucks for one. I mean I can get a stock non-lock up for 140$. So any way, if you can help me out thank you!

you want the tc to lu at 800-1000?  It will stall. And You have to modify the valve body. And I dont think you can with a 727. A electric LU maybe...727? No.

I didn't know that the AMC version of the TF was available with a lockup convertor.  But in any event, I agree with purple72Gremlin. In the Mopars unless you had the electrically controlled lockup version, a common problem initially with the hydraulically controlled version was the convertor locking up at too low a road speed and the engine lugging.

Just a FYI on a 727 build.  March 2019 HOT ROD Mag has a 727 article with sources.
Take a look.

Thanks gents... I have found lock ups but the lowest was 1600RPM. My Supervisor at work has a 727 with a lock up but his is in a drag Duster and is built with a bunch of HP. Well it looks like I'm going to have to go with a stock one, I just hate the lag in it when I first start to climb a big Ledge or Boulder.

Probably no real help, but here's a chart of stock Chryco Converter Stall Speeds:

"lock up" like 1:1 coupling, at 800 rpm? that's a bad idea even with a clutch. torque CONVERTERS turn RPM into torque -- they multiply torque t the expense of RPM. plus some relatively small energy loss.

you probably want just a good stock RPM T.C.  no engine puts out much torque at 800 rpm. the behavior of T.C.'s is sort of complex, they're usually chosen to feel "loose" at low RPMs so that engine torque is increasing up to the torque-peak-RPM, where the converter is beginning to stall (and not multiply).

they're interesting things; a lot of 'theory' pages show them as one fan (motor) pushing fluid against another fan (transmission) but that's not correct -- that's a simple fluid coupling, not a torque converter. they're fluid reduction gears, sort-of. moving fluid reflects off the stator back to the input  impeller and adds more torque to the stator. they're really odd and whoever came up with them is scary.

somewhere i've seen a good video, but can't find it...
