I tried a few parts stores and it looks like one rotor for the car is over 100$. For one. When I got my car someone ran the rotor down to the fins and then put new pads lol. I need a rotor but for a decent price. Any ideas?

Welcome to the world of Kelsey Hayes older rotors. You'll be lucky if you can find them cheap. You might want to start hitting the pick your part yards in SoCal and look for mid-70s AMC big car brakes if you want one of those rotors used. Otherwise, you might price alternative brakes. The expensive parts are the biggest drawback to those brakes. Joe

Any AMC disc brake rotor made prior to 1979 is going to be $100+. The lone exception is the solid rotors for the 65-70 four piston Bendix brakes. 79-83 Concord/Spirit/Pacer brakes will bolt right one, but those rotors are $50-60 each now, and will only go up. If you want to change to something you can get parts for go with the Scarebird kit or if you want something better looking (and with a bit more stopping power) go with Aerospace Components or Wilwood kits. The Scarebird uses readily available parts and will run in the $400-500 range, the other two are $800-$1000.
