What kind of money are you looking at for the bushings and guides for two doors?

I will work on the pricing maybe later today, as noted above I have no intentions of fleecing the AMC community. The Delrin is not cheap but I think I will reduce the overall height to 1" instead of 1 1/4" unless anyone has objections. I will try to post tonight, but right now I am buried at work with projects.

              Thanks for patience

I used 1 inch and was very pleased with it. I had even entertained the idea of going to 3/4 just to bring down the price. I think what ever you decide will be just fine.

Hey Ken,
Yes I looked at a message you had sent me with the info. on where you bought the material you used. We increased the base size to fit very snuggly where it bolts in so I can't yield as many out of a 12x12 piece. Also the shims I made out of 3/8 stock and to make a pair takes a 4"x4" piece.

            Thanks again
