started building headers ,started with a merge collector kit .
I am haveing flanges lazer cut pick them up thursday and I have a whole pile of U and J bends.
Might build 2 sets  .tried the pipe max program and it came out with some big headers.
 Hope it works or I will be building some smaller tubed headers.
2-1/8 to 2-1/4 to 2-3/8  stepped .collector reduces to 3-1/2
Going to exit out the fender  in front of the door

headers are done just need coated

Wow, That is one amazing project. It is a lot easier to restore a car than it is to build one like you are doing. Fantastic car!
