does anybody know who is making if anybody is making new headliners and the rubber floor mats you know the ones or you don't have a carpet it just has the rubber matting

There are few to none left of the original rubber floor matting. You may be able to get one custom molded.

I saw Mike's  American station wagon at the Show in Ocala, FL. He just put in a new headliner and told me he got it from Galvin's.

Yeah, you can get a one piece headliner replacement from the vendors. It's pricey. But people have had good results with it. No clue on the floor.
