Got the transmission cooler, A/C condenser, radiator, and electric fan setup installed this weekend. Also ran the transmission lines. Getting closer to reality!

Nice set of fans. If you don't mind sharing what is the info on those?

The fans are Ford Contour/Mercury Mystique from the 90's. Rather than find used ones I bought these from Summit. Can't remember the part number but I have it. Perfect fit for the AMC radiator. Flow about 3400cfm. Fan controller has a high/low speed. Lots of info on the web about this conversion on Jeeps and Mustangs.

Thanks for the info. If you should happen across the Summit part number please let me know.

Oh, I found the Dorman version on Summit. Thanks.

There's something terribly wrong with this car. I know what it is.....it's not in my garage.

Truly great work! Inspirational, too, as you clearly are doing this with limited space.

Pit Crew: The Dorman one is it. I just trimmed the factory mounting brackets a little and used split rubber hose to seal it around the core. I was amazed at how quiet they were compared to aftermarket fans that I have used in the past.

Third Gen: Thanks for the compliments. I have a fairly large work area unfortunately where my two cars are parked there is a support wall dividing it. Wished I had one big shop like some of the guys on here.

I have been working on mine for 20 years in a 20x20 garage.  I envy those who have room to work.

I know, I know, this car should have been finished by now. I had some issues with the brake system I had originally installed and ended up going a different route. We did get the 401 running a couple of weeks ago and did the cam break in. No issues there. Last stop is the exhaust shop hopefully next week. Goal is AMO Nats in Charleston!
Hard to believe I've had this thing for 9 years this month and it is almost finished.

Good to hear it is coming along. When you get it out side you need to take some pictures.

Jeff I have been in your garage and you have done a amazing job on your car. I am missing my wagon now a little and was hoping to hit the cruise at Wendy's up by you when you finished your American. It is going to be the nicest one in. Georgia when it hits the street.
