I made it to the track yesterday. It was the last day for delmar before they close for the season. I had to drive the car there sice I still have not found a trailer for sale but im still looking. The first pass was the best one it went 11.218 @ 121.83. I red lighted first round and lost. The car went a lot faster than last time probably because of the better air. Nothing was changed on the car since last time other than I went up one size in the jets. The car weighted 3010 with me in it.

OK:

1964 Super stock Dodge allegedly ran a 11.40 @ 125 mph
1968 Dodge Dart Hemi allegedly ran 10.50 @130 mph.

Both 100% gutted factory drag cars, no warranty ---Dodge did not even have roll up windows or a paint job, I'd say 360 rambler you drove to the track = GREAT JOB.

1.6 60-ft <---------------amazing

Just read this whole thread. What an awesome job!!!! A couple questions. What size tires are you running and do you have any details on the 360 that's in it? I see a Torker and Eddy heads, and you mentioned a 650 carb, any other details?

Congrats on a fantastic job! Looks amazing and goes like he!!
