66 Ambo wiring harness

OK, here's a question that I hope someone might know the answer for.
 
When I took the factory A/C out of my parts car, the A/C wiring harness plugged into the factory wiring harness. it look like the factory had a pigtail built right into the harness to where you could just plug the A/C extension into on the line.
 
My question is this...
 
I am adding the factory air to a Canadian built 66 Ambo convertible. Does anyone know if that factory pigtail will be present on a Canadian built convertible that originally was built without A/C??
 
I look in the service manual, and the wiring schematic shows the pigtail as part of the main harness, but in my experience, all bets are off when you deal with Ontario built cars..
