I pulled out my interior sail panels today hoping to recover them.

They are not looking well at all. The cardboard behind them is warped and the vinyl has peeled away and cracked in some parts. The sun (and apparently some water) has done a real number on them. The passenger side has fared the worst. The cardboard is very warped in a few spots. The drivers side isn't nearly as bad.

Is there anyone making reproduction sail panel boards? I may have to just fabricate them myself, but figured I would see if there was an easier route that anyone knew of. Thanks.

I figured as much. Thanks Frank. I managed to locate a place called Restoration Specialties in Windber, PA that sells the backing board needed to fab some.

Is your interior is Aqua (Code 567)?
I may require the same for my ‘65 Classic 660 4 door.

No. Dark Blue/Light Blue combo (Code 533)

My sail panels are supposed to be dark blue but are so faded they do not look it.
