4300 Carb ID

I have what I believe is early 70's 4300 Motorcraft Carb , It came in a amc factory parts box with  with Group 4.001 Part # 3218802 Carb has no list tag. Would like to verify what it is and what it fits. Any help would be great.

73 360 & 401 with automatic transmission.
