Well thanks to Dan at Dirty dans tranz my motor is now in the car. Guess it could of gone worse, will double check bell housing next time!

So Pinks update time...... the spool I ordered was back ordered for a few more weeks and Randys ring and pinion were out of 3:73. So last minute the put a detroit locker , 4:11 and totally rebuilt the whole rear end while my wife waited. Awesome crew there, cant thank them enough!! So thursday night I pull a all nighter and get the exhaust install first thing in the morning an headed out to the track. Forgot to plug in my new alt and killed the bat, then over heated and then to cap it off the float stuck and flooded the engine. So I limped it back home and missed test and tune. Woke up early and tried again, get about a quater mile from the track and carb acts up again and I kill the batt trying to start it. Get towed in, replace carb with another starts up and runs great and then oil comes spraying all over the place!! The oring on the filter was pinched. So all this work and I was to late to tech.
