For all the AMC fans out there I would like to let you know I will be racing at Sonoma Raceway on March 22nd and 23rd in the 24 Hours of Lemons race. If you want to come support a Pink 61 classic 6 as it drives around a racetrack while others are racing come on out. I would suggest Saturday morning as I really don't know how long it will hold up for.

Let's see if this 53 year old beast can make it 16ish hours on the track!

The gang at Speedy Cop wish you well.   Getting the 75 Matty Coupe ready for Millersville,NJ race.  Really on the fence about drive train.  Try to run the original until it Possibly grenades then throw a new engine in or throw a rebuilt w/ 20K on it in.   I just hate to possible destroy a 75 vintage 360.
OR do I just flat out cheat and drop in a nasty 401 and a 3/4/5 speed.   I was thinking a factory 3 speed would be really good for the jam packed racing field.  Long tall gears and such.

When I was in the Army I learned one of the best lessons in life and it has carried over to Lemons racing.

Cheat to win - put that big motor in your rig and race that MOFO!

Race Rambler wins IOE! Beats out 80 other cheater cars. We were paid in $601 worth of Bitcoin! Check the Facebook link above to see what your 1961 Classic would look like if you were to race it in stock trim.
