Just made my hotel reservations. You only get the posted rates Thur, Fri, Sat. Had to pay more for Wed.

Arriving Wed evening and departing Sun AM.

Its going to be a fantastic trip...Attending BOO 10, A Halloween Car Show in Houston, TX Oct 28, AMC Show Nov. 4 Boulder City, NV and The Winter Rod Run, Jasper, TX Nov 18.

Car Guy Heaven. The Rambler should survive it all if my new exhaust manifold gaskets hang in with me.

I built The Rambler with the intentions of wearing it out. We'll see who lasts the longest !!!! 47,000 miles and the second motor and transmission and we are both running up hill in the hammer lane !!!!

Question: Is it too late to sign up a car for the show? I noticed that this event somewhat coincides with SEMA, so it will be a busy weekend in the Vegas area for sure. Can you post a photo of the flyer?

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS (subject to change)

Friday, Nov. 3rd

10:30am: Depart Lodge for tour of the Hollywood Car Museum in Las Vegas (maps will be provided)

11:00am-1:00pm: Tour of Hollywood Car Museum car collection

3:00pm: FREE BBQ at Bicentennial Park in Boulder City

7:30pm: Early Registration in hotel lobby to the right of the fireplace

Saturday, Nov. 4th

6:00am: Show field open for set-up

7:00am-10:00am: Registration on show field

9:00am-3:00pm: Car Show and Swap Meet

1:30pm: Deadline to turn in voting ballots

2:30pm: Drawing for raffle items

4:00pm: Awards Presentation in Banquet Room

( Take Elevator next to the Bourbon Street Sports Bar )

Presentations from other clubs hosting a meet in 2018

NOTE: Following the awards presentation, you are free to do whatever you want.

Sunday, Nov. 5th

8:00am: Sunday Morning Breakfast in the front area of the Bighorn Cafe (order off the menu)
