2016 Las Vegas AMC Reunion Car Show Date: Friday, November 4th and Saturday, November 5th, 2016 Where: Hoover Dam Lodge, 18000 Highway 93, Boulder City, NV 89005 Registration: $40 (includes event t-shirt, dash plaque and goodie bag) NOTE:Due to limited quantities of t-shirts, you must register by October 1st to be guaranteed a t-shirt The Las Vegas AMC Reunion is one of the largest regional shows in the country and is open to all AMC, Rambler, Nash, Hudson, Metropolitan, '70-'87 Jeep and '79-'87 Renault. The 2016 show will be the 11th Annual and is hosted by the Southern Nevada AMC Club. The show is growing larger every year. The 2015 show featured over 67 cars and AMC enthusiasts from 12 states and Canada. We've moved the show to a new location, the beautiful Hoover Dam Lodge. The Lodge is located just minutes from Hoover Dam and is the only hotel inside the Lake Mead National Recreation Area plus you get a spectacular view of the Lake Mead. You are encouraged to book your rooms as soon as possible. The code is AMC2016 (you must mention the code to get discounted room rates). Call 1-800-245-6380 to make your reservation. If you want to take a look at the Lodge, check out their website (www.hooverdamlodge.com). We're working on arranging a special activity (details TBA) on Friday, November 4th which is followed by a FREE BBQ for all show participants and guests at one of the nicest parks in Boulder City. The show and awards presentation is on Saturday, November 5th. The show features awards in over 14 classes plus People's Choice and Best of Show, raffles and great music all day long. You folks put on a great show, Mark. Wouldn't miss it!
Last year's trip to the Techatticup mine was the first time I had driven my car more than 10 miles since the restoration, so it was a bit nerve-wracking, but we still had a great time! Edited by CamJam - Jul/17/2016 at 11:16pm |
