The swap meet and car show will be held at the Rockford Tebala Shrine Center, not at the hotel as previously designed.
This is 1.7 miles from the hotel and easy driving distance of 4 to 5
minutes. Show car Trailer parking is available at the hotel and within
300 yards of the show field no trailer parking will be available at the
show field. If your vehicle cannot make the drive of less than 2
miles we will make arrangements for vehicle drop off at the show field.
However, pull vehicles and trailers can NOT remain at show area.

Rock Cut State Park - http://www.dnr.illinois.gov/Parks/Camp/Pages/RockCut.aspx located 5.1 miles from the host hotel
Other options : Blackhawk Valley Campground - http://www.blackhawkvalleycampground.com/ - located 10 miles from host hotel (on the south end of Rockford) There are also a couple options out by Belvidere- Holiday Acres and Pine Country resorts - both are 12-15 miles from the Holiday Inn |

Are you saying we cannot vend out of a trailer, you expect people to come unload a 18ft enclosed trailer full of swap parts and load back up for security then unload next morning again. Good luck
