I just ordered 37 awards and the Best of Show trophy. This is a great time and we are AHEAD of Reg, cars at this date from last year.

There are alot of cars that heve not been to the show here ever before. So it is going to be a great time do not miss out , get your room and see you soon.

how does the swap meet work if you want to sell? Do you have to register to sell there and how much is it for a spot?

I think it's $20 per car space, not sure if you have to pre-reg, but I think they would like to know how many spaces to set aside. They have the swap meet in the north corner of the lot, so they need to save spaces.

Yep, swap spaces are just $20 and you do not have to preregister. Just drive in, register, and set up your tables/tent. The swap meet area grows bigger every year. Major parts vendors from California and Arizona are onsite, as well as plenty of Mom and Pop parts sellers!

For those that don't know, we host a large and completely free BBQ on the Friday before our show. I always plan on cooking for 90, and we rarely have more than a few bags of chips left over! This year's menu will have a few new additions and improvements on the standards. So, after the exclusive tour of the new Shelby factory, head on out to Veterans Memorial Park and eat until you waddle! Courtesy of Southern Nevada AMC. Thumbs Up

Well, there's no way my car will be ready, but I'm going to be there anyway, just to admire the others!

The show is rapidly approaching.  It's going to be fantastic!  If you're planning on coming but haven't registered yet, you still have time.  If you don't want to mail your registration, that's not a problem.  You can register at the show.  Registration will be open from 7:30pm-10:30pm on Friday night in the banquet room at the host hotel and from 7:00am-10:00am on Saturday morning up on the show field.

You definitely want to be at Railroad Pass before 11:00 am on Friday, the 7th because you won't want to miss the exclusive tour of the new Shelby factory and museum in Las Vegas followed by our completely FREE BBQ for all show participants and guests.  The car show and swap meet on Saturday is shaping up to be the best yet!

Hotel rooms are still available but they are going fast.  Room rates are $35.00 + tax on Thursday and Sunday and $50.00 + tax on Friday and Saturday.  For room reservations, call Railroad Pass (www.railroadpass.com) at 800-654-0877 and mention code AMC1114.  If you haven't booked your room yet, don't delay do it today!

For more information or you have any questions, contact me by email (chicago0516@yahoo.com) or phone (702-985-7647).

We will see you soon!
