You guys may have already seen the recent posted video clips of riding in a car front/rear and inside live shooting while mixed in with the rest of the Trans Am race cars at the 2009 Wine Country Classics race. MAECO race shop that restores the cars and did the 1971 #6 Javelin has just up loaded two great clips (long ones) at this site:
http://www.maecomotorsport.com/  should take you right to the videos. Well done!

This maybe old news to many of you, But some fan might not have seen these. Great clips and you get a feel for just how it was, LOUD.

Wow great clips!! Thanks for posting. I spent the weekend with the TA cars back in 2004.
I can't believe how well that Falcon handles. I didn't realize how long he stayed in 3rd
gear in several areas of the track.  I can't belive I didn't visit that shop when I lived
in Cali. My son graduated from Cal State in Northrifge. I will check it out the next time I'm back down there.

I have some video from 2004 I need to edit with some great audio. When It's finished I'll post it.

Yea! I couldn't believe he ran that car out like that and I was waiting for the engine to come apart any second. Hats off to the builders of that engine cause that was pushin it past what I would have done.
