My good friend Ron and his wife( they have a 66 GTO)  opened an old fashion Ice Cream store and him and I organized a weekly car cruise to help boost business.   We got permission to close the main street which has an old time flavor to it and even has an old movie theater which can be seen in the pictures.   We had door prizes and a 50/50 split club, a car of the week award as well as some old music from a great DJ.... We drew 54 cars for the very first cruise last night and look forward to  seeing more each week. Rex Jump ( redamx) even stopped by on his way home from a job up in Northern NY .... Was great to meet him!!.........oh yea....I get free
Ice Cream!!......  Here's a  few pics.

Very cool Chuck ! Looks like a great place for a cruiuse night . I wish I lived closer it would be fun to check it out and have some ice cream .
I missed our first cruise of the year here last Friday as my wife wanted to go camping for Mothers day. I will be missing this weeks cruise also due to it being a long weekend for Queen Victorias birthday and we will be camping again Smile

Come on, Chuck, you did the work to get free ice cream.
What night and where? Maybe I will take a ride sometime. If I drive 60 miles to get there, do I get free ice cream, too? Joe will probably come, too, for free ice cream. I have seen him at Dairy Queen.

What fun. I really like main street car shows.  Sure beats parking lots.
