I got the fabric from SMS. The black vinyl (very common) came from the upholstery shop. My stripes were gold. I haven't replaced it yet, just running the car "naked" orange (with blacked out hood) because the car didn't need a total repaint, but the stripes had dried out and deteriorated.
I have the 1977 Data book and your car looks just like the Gremlin X pictured in the data book.
