I think he did a heck of a job - I just wish he had Painted it silver again - And i wish he kept The Machine Wheels on the Machine - It really makes the look, especially with the trim - I like trimmed cars - But It was his "Rat Project" so to the restorer goes the spoils of rebirthing a vehicle - including its paint !!!!

Sweet. Any idea how many 4 door Matadors there are? i have not seen any!! an only ambassador but they made it into a lowrider.(ill take a pix of it)

I just found this '72 Ambo 401 htp - still in the orig owners name.  Has AM/FM, tilt, PW and AC.  stored indoors from 1980 til abt 2 yrs ago.
