So now we can get covers and foam, the last part of the seat equation is weak springs, I checked mine are not broken just weak, what can be done?

Most auto upholstery shops can and have access to springs. I am a frequent customer of our local shop for my different customer builds. The shop has matched springs every time.

In coil springs, foam "cones" are one of the tricks used. Also, tying the springs together with twine or wire and fabric so that they act as a unit is normal practice I believe.

Yes. Just ordered mine. Not on their web site yet so you have to call them.

Pretty sure it's not the same. My thoughts are only based on actually doing both the seats on my 70 Javelin and 73 AMX and the seats on in the Machine I may be wrong.

Hopefully it's not just a seat foam actually made for somebody elses seat, when I got the ones for the 69 AMX the were labeled "Cuda" and were 1" too wide. I called them and, well, if you've dealt w/their customer service you know how that went.
70amcpwr You just can't fix stupid.
