Here is a loooooooong overdue update, but... many issues and problems along the way, ...I have parts scattered all over the city, ...fortunately located the rear window, and almost everything is now in my garage, this is a picture of me finishing the driver side fender, ...still have hood and passenger side fender to play with, still needs complete assembling of interior, still needs fuel line/system to be completed (mostly done), headliner will be finished soon, blah blah blah, ....most of you guys know the story, ...rarely does stuff go as planned, especially if you are doing the work yourself, ...oh well eh!!! LOL It is looking good and when it is finished even the most critical people will be impressed, ...yup go ahead, magnet tests will be welcomed and encouraged!!!!

Funny you should say that.....I just told my wife today, that I need to get my car painted so that I can start putting it back together before I forget where everything is and where it goes. Like you I am doing most everything my self, and if something happens to me people will be finding parts for my car in odd places for years to come. Keep up the good work, and continue to wear your eye and ear protection as you do it.

I look forward to seeing it in paint!
I'm guessing you are going to paint it in your own garage? What colour have you picked and did you finish your exhaust?

The original color is b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l, so it will remain the original color. The exhaust is not a priority right now, ...though I have to keep it as it originally came from the factory, dual exhaust yes, ...that custom exhaust will have to wait until the car is finished and inspected, once it has been given the "ok", well... I have a few plans up my sleeve that I'd like to do to the car. I will keep it original "looking", but there are some things that are going to be done to make it a little more of a contender at the "shows", when I fire the car up I want heads to turn and look at the Rebel, not that Road Runner or Chevelle or Mustang Mach 1 beside me, LOL.

Wasn't this car going to be done last spring Greg?
We need more pictures than one of you pretending to work!

You really are a "Dreamer" aint 'cha Tony LOL ...it could have and should have been ready but there is a long and valid story why it is "not"! I was so confident that it would be ready that I entered it into the KMS Car Show, and instead had to bring my 1967 Rebel, which as you recall won an awesome 2nd place trophy, the 1970 Rebel would probably have taken two 1st place trophies, ...but now it is doubtful it will be ready by summer 2016, ...could be, we'll see! I'll send AMCofBC an account of my troubles if you like though, it is a bit of a long story though, but I should bbe able to condence it and still have it make sense! I might wait until next years' Tradex show for the debut now! We'll see! Hey, you could come over and help, I'm in Maple Ridge now, that aint too far is it?
