The radio in my American needs a new speaker, as the old one is completely destroyed. I have the Bendix 3TBA Radio, with it's strange connector. The TSM and sticker on the radio both say a 20 Ohm speaker must be used, but I can't find one after quite a bit of searching. Also, can I just remove the wires from the old speaker and solder them onto a new speaker (If I can find one)? Has anyone else replaced the speaker for this radio?
