Check that you haven't messed up the spark gap. It should be about .016" in a wide open position.

Now Ive been through all of the engine wiring and ignition
 system, Im unsure where to go from here

Todd, do you have a friend or relative that is familiar with older vehicles who might be able to help you?  Another pair of eyes on the problem might see something you don't.

Well i had my dad look it over because he grew up driving this model of car and hes looked it over and I may just have to put new points in it again

I had a situation once when there was no spark after a points set change when they had shorted to ground. Just removing and reinstalling them did the trick. Make sure the insulating washers etc are in the right place.

What were the washers made of, Mine may have had them but my grandpa had worked on the car and had the same problem so he may have lost them

Is there any way to get these washers, or am I up the creek without a paddle at this point.

You could use almost anything insular. I think I've seen nylon washers on plumbing parts racks. Using an ohmmeter just make sure the wire doesn't go to ground (with points open).
