I finally got the speedometer / odometer working, the temp gauge is gauging, installed the clock and radio, got them going, but.....still have a problem. The fuel gauge will lift up from below empty to empty, but will not go beyond that. the wires ohm out good from the gauge to the tank so I'm thinking the gauge itself, or (God help me) the sending unit. What do you guys think? Seen anything like that before?Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Likely the sending unit.
Ground the wire back at the back of the car and see if the gauge reads full.
