My daily, a 1965 Rambler American 330, just began to have issues with its turn signals. so far from what I know, when I move the stick to either side, my instrument panel shows a solid arrow, and from the outside both the front and rear lights turn on but don’t blink. The rear lights also don’t respond to brake pedal being pressed either? Does anyone know if this could be a problem with the wiring, or the turn signal cam/brake light switch? Not sure quite where to start as my electrical experience is limited and I noticed this issue after my commute home and I had already parked the car.

The first thing to check are all of your electrical grounds. Be sure they are all clean and tight. Battery ground, engine to body, body to light housings, Etc.

Grounds seem to be good, do you know it’s the turn signal switch could cause both the blinking and the brake lights to malfunction? I know they both run on the same fuse because after fiddling w the turn signal I seemed to have burnt out that fuse. Could replacing the switch fix both problems?

Yes power from the brake brake switch goes through the turn signal switch to get to the correct bulb for brake lights. But the turn signals lighting but not flashing is more likely a flasher not working correctly.

the 65 doesn’t seem to have a flasher, at least from the wires I’ve been following around the car and the wiring diagram I skimmed over

The '65 most definitely has a flasher.  It should be clipped on to the back of the instrument cluster.  Check your TSM for location.
