SC/360 shifter handle?

The correct 4 speed shift handle is pictured below. It will only have the numbers 7836 stamped into the bottom of the handle and the knob threads are course, If yours has any other numbers or fine threads, it's the wrong handle.

I don't want to get into an argument about who's car is or isn't original but buying one from an original owner doesn't always mean it's correct, even when the PO puts removed "original" parts into the trunk. I've seen original owners do what I consider to be awful changes to their cars so never assume it's correct if you haven't done any research to back everything up.
