$9.99 for a distributor?

Really?

Can't imagine these passing any sort of quality control inspection at all. The raw material is more than $9.99.  Are you sure they aren't factory seconds?  Oh wait, all Chinese parts are factory seconds......until proven not to be.

Good luck with them.

Good luck with them.

They were $9.99 plus $80.00 shipping so I got two and the second one was shipped for free.

Now they want $89.99 and the shipping is free. What's funny is the six cylinder ones they sell are $149.99

I'll be changing the gears and checking alignment and fit thoroughly before this motor goes together.

Phat, all my money went into USA fo procurement of my HEI, and it cost was no more than $100.00. Just had to find what I needed, and have my machinist do the machining for $45.00.

Back to the topic... yes the drive gear will need replaced, as most of them are hardened from china.
