I was going through some of the pictures I took on this project and ran across a few that people might find interesting. The Project X received a 3 inch exhaust system while we were at it. To get the proper drive line angle with the five speed transmission we had to enlarge the drive line tunnel just slightly. And finally here is end result of the project. |

Posting pics of rear wheel fitment. AR Torq Thrust VN215 17x9.5 with 5.56 BS. Wheel weighs 20 lbs. The polished or chromed versions weigh much more. Running 275/40/17 Toyo R88R. Needed to run a 1/4 inch spacer to push the wheel out from the spring. Places the tire about .75 inches from the leaf spring. Still plenty of room at the fender lip. Never any rubbing.
